1. Who we are and who may purchase

WonderAlong LLC provides children’s stories, e-books, printable activity packs, and family activities by Mica Adams. Our products are family-friendly and do not contain profanity or adult/18+ content.

A purchaser must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Children may enjoy the stories and activities with appropriate adult guidance. Adults are responsible for purchases, account details, communications, and supervising activities that use scissors, craft materials, or other tools.

2. Digital products and delivery

Direct-store e-books and activity packs are digital products, not physical books or merchandise. Each product listing identifies the included content, file format, page count where applicable, and price. Bundles contain only the products named in their listing. Free samples are previews, not the complete paid product.

When our direct checkout is available, successful purchases through Lemon Squeezy will provide download access through the order confirmation or receipt. Use an accurate adult email address and retain your receipt. If download access does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.

You need internet access and a device or application that can open the listed file type, such as a PDF reader or compatible EPUB reader. Printing requires a printer and paper; these are not included. Printable packs use US Letter paper unless the listing says otherwise. Screen and printed colors may differ.

A product marked “purchases opening soon” is not available through our direct checkout yet. A preview does not create an order or a charge.

3. Prices and payments

Prices on our store are stated in US dollars unless another currency is shown. Our listed e-books, activity packs, and bundles are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Review the total, currency, and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout before paying. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an order already completed.

For purchases made through its checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record: it handles the sale, payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment-related refunds. WonderAlong supplies the digital content and product support. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to those transactions. These WonderAlong terms do not override Lemon Squeezy’s payment terms or any mandatory consumer rights.

4. Personal-use license

Unless a product listing expressly provides a different license, purchasing a digital product gives you a non-exclusive license to download, keep a personal backup, and use it within one household. You may print activity pages for members of that household. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not resell the files or printed copies, share download links or files outside your household, upload them to public or shared libraries, reproduce them for commercial distribution, or remove rights notices. Contact us before using a paid pack for a classroom, club, group, or organization so we can discuss permission. Any permissions stated on a free activity or separately agreed in writing continue to apply.

Stories, character designs, illustrations, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law. These terms do not restrict uses that the law independently permits.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds for accidental duplicate purchases of the same product, defective or corrupted files, and failed delivery. We also provide any refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

Because digital files can be retained after delivery, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds merely because a product has been downloaded, is no longer wanted, or does not suit a personal preference. Please review the description and free sample before purchase.

To report a problem or request a refund, email nick@wonderalongllc.com with your order number, the purchasing email address, product name, and a short explanation. Do not email payment-card details or passwords. For a file or delivery problem, we can help restore access or provide a corrected file; you may request a refund for the qualifying issue.

Refunds for Lemon Squeezy purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method where supported. The time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own policies. Purchases made from Amazon, IngramSpark, or another retailer must be handled through that retailer.

Nothing in this policy removes a legal cancellation right, a right to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed content, or another right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where immediate digital delivery can affect a statutory withdrawal right, any required consent and acknowledgment must be obtained during checkout; simply viewing this page does not waive that right.

6. External retailers and links

Our Books for Sale page links to retailers such as Amazon and IngramSpark. Those retailers manage their own orders, delivery, prices, returns, and privacy practices. A WonderAlong digital-pack purchase does not include a separately sold storybook unless the listing explicitly says so.

7. Website use and support

Please use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or distribute malicious software. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and any remedies owed for paid products.

We aim to keep descriptions and downloads accurate and available, but the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Report errors or access problems to us so we can help. Activities are for entertainment and general learning; they do not promise a particular educational result.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains adult membership information, purchase-related information, technical records, and contact requests. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. Lemon Squeezy and external retailers publish their own privacy policies for their services.

9. Consumer protections and changes

These terms do not exclude any guarantee, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Updated terms apply to future use and purchases; they do not retroactively reduce the license or refund rights attached to an existing purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and product listing supplied with your order.
